I recently spoke with an apartment owner who was discouraged after personally phone shopping three of his low occupancy properties. When calling, he found that the phone either rang with no answer; the agent gave pricing right away and didn’t get the prospect’s name; or the agent was friendly, got the prospect’s name and phone number, but didn’t sell the community.
