When the Owner or Double Tree Apartments approached the staff with the idea of using Sales Inc. to help fill vacancies, we admit we were a little skeptical . Because Double Tree is a small complex with only 108 units, and located in an area that is not known for "luxury" apartment living, we felt it was too big of an expense for Double Tree, but didn't know what else to do with the changing economy affecting all apartment communities in the city.

Sales arrived September 25, 2001 and left January 31, 2002. During that 4 month period, our occupancy increased from 79% to 92%. Through Sales Inc.'s experienced staff, we were able to continue to use marketing ideas they had developed for Double Tree to help keep occupancy at or above 90% after they left .

We would recommend Sales Inc. to other complexes who are experiencing vacancy problems, or a new community that is in need of quick rent-up. Their experienced, courtesy staff, are aggressive "go-getters" when it comes to leasing apartment units. They seem to take the challenge personally.
