Stacy Crook - Founder and CEO

Stacy Crook founded Sales Incorporated in 1988 and has over 25 years of experience in multifamily leasing, marketing and training. In addition to serving as CEO of Sales Incorporated, Stacy is a frequent speaker and trainer for multifamily owners and managers nationwide. Her passion for selling and incredible leasing success motivated Stacy to launch Sales, Inc. to help owners overcome their most difficult leasing challenges.

The company has grown dramatically over the years but retains the vision and values of its founder. Those values stress caring for people, including the Leasing Experts as well as the clients we serve. Stacy still trains every Leasing Expert, utilizing her time tested methods for leasing apartments fast. Stacy graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Clemson University.

Rick Burkhalter – General Manager

As General Manager for Sales, Inc., Rick Burkhalter is responsible for the company’s growth and operations. Rick has eighteen years of executive management experience with an exceptional record of developing and managing teams that lead their respective fields. He develops strong, close relationships with his clients and team members and consistently delivers a highly valuable service to his clients.

Rick has held C-level and SVP level positions with several commercial real estate services companies. In each role, he led companies through tremendous growth periods and improved service levels. Rick graduated with a Bachelors Degree from the University of Georgia.

Locally, Rick has strong ties to his community that have been demonstrated through his work on the launch team that planted The Vine Community Church and through service on his daughters’ school board. Internationally, Rick and his family have participated in medical, social and outreach missions work in Peru, Guatemala and Haiti.

Mike Moran – Chief Financial Officer

Mike Moran has held the CFO role with Sales, Inc. since 2001. He has guided the company financially through incredible growth years that have led to the company’s current position as the leading provider of accelerated leasing services in the U.S. Mike’s strong financial guidance of Sales, Inc. has been a key factor in the company’s rise to the top of this field. Even from the CFO position, Mike provides a level of quality assurance for the actual services Sales, Inc. delivers. Mike attends many multifamily industry trade shows and conferences in which Sales, Inc. participates.

On a personal note, Mike can often be found roaming the sidelines at a youth ball field as he coaches several youth sports teams in Atlanta. Mike graduated with an Civil Engineering Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
